Refunds
- Refunds will ONLY be processed if submitted using the form below.
- A $50 administrative fee, along with any additional costs incurred by the JCC on behalf of the player, will be deducted from the refund.
- Once the season has begun, a prorated refund will be issued. This amount will be based on the number of sessions attended and will consider factors such as merchant fees, administrative fees, and other JCC-related costs.
- Refund requests must be submitted by the end of the 4th week of the program.
- If a player is unable to complete the season due to injury or illness, a doctor's note is required. The refund will be based on the number of remaining sessions from the date the written request is received by the JCC Sports Office.
- Please note: Refunds may take 10-15 business days to be processed and appear back on your card.
